1. Overview
Min15x ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to delivering measurable value through our diagnostic tools, business intelligence subscriptions, and custom growth systems. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes across all our offerings.

2. Free Tier (Diagnostic Tools)
All Free-tier tools on our website — including the Bottleneck Score, Founder Time Calculator, Vendor Tax Calculator, Automation ROI Calculator, Business Readiness Quiz, Website Health Grader, AI vs Human Cost Comparison, and FAQ Chatbot — are provided at no cost. No payment information is collected, and no cancellation or refund is applicable.
3. Pro Subscription ($88/month)
3.1 Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle. Pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription; price increases, if any, will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
3.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
3.3 Refunds
If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial Pro subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of that first month's payment. For cancellations after 7 days, no refund is provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged again.
3.4 Downgrading
You may downgrade from Pro to Free at any time. Your Pro features remain active through the end of the current billing period. After downgrade, your saved history and reports will be retained for 30 days, after which they may be permanently deleted.
4. Premium Subscription ($500/month)
4.1 Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Given the managed nature of this tier, which includes active monitoring, AI agent oversight, and ongoing optimization, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
4.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription after the initial 3-month commitment period with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, your access to Premium features and managed services continues through the end of the notice period.
4.3 Refunds
If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial Premium subscription, you are eligible for a partial refund covering the unused portion of the first month, minus a $250 service fee for setup and onboarding. After 14 days, no refund is provided for the current billing period.
If Min15x fails to deliver any of the core capabilities outlined in your Premium service agreement for more than 7 consecutive days due to our error, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
4.4 Service-Level Guarantee
Premium subscriptions include a service-level commitment as defined in your service agreement. If we fail to meet agreed-upon response or uptime metrics, credits or adjustments will be applied according to the terms of that agreement.
5. One-Time Services (Tier 0 Opportunity Map, Custom Builds)
5.1 Growth Opportunity Assessment (Tier 0)
Full payment is due before the assessment begins. If you cancel before the assessment has started, you are eligible for a full refund. Once the assessment is in progress or delivered, no refund is available as the value has been fully provided.
5.2 Custom Agent Builds (Tier 1 and above)
Custom builds are scoped and quoted individually. Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. A 50% deposit is typically required to begin. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is fully refundable. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Milestone payments for completed phases are non-refundable. If Min15x is unable to deliver the agreed scope despite good-faith efforts, a partial or full refund will be issued based on work completed.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Include your full name, email address used for billing, and the reason for your request
We process refund requests within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
7. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is found, issue a refund or credit. Unreported disputes after 30 days may not be eligible for adjustment.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
